ASES’ SIFACD-MMC, Smart IoT Full-Auto Chemical Dispensing, Measuring, Monitoring, and Controlling System is designed for various surface treatment industries, such as painting, coating, electroplating, grinding, anodizing… etc.

The production process of these industries requires the use of large amount of water and chemical solutions. The control and monitor of solution concentration, pH value (acidity & alkalinity), electrical conductivity (EC) and temperature directly impact production quality!

In the process of production of those mentioned industries above. In spite of many advanced factories execute most of their procedures with automation equipments; there are still some needs of complex human operations. Solutions to upgrade complex human operations to automation from Europe, America and Japan are too expensive for small and medium enterprises. Therefore today they still rely on human operations in those production processes.

Through ASES’ SIFACD-MMC system, the collection and measurement of chemical solutions for testing can be automatically done with just one-click. The system will automatically perform data recording, tracking, and monitoring of entire production process. Data is transmitted to remote control center. When solution concentration is detected insufficient, automatically chemical will be dispensed to the tank to regain required concentration level. Once non-standard production data is detected, immediately SIFACD-MMC will send alarm to control center and mobile phones to require rescue actions.

Real-time and historical data collected by SIFACD-MMC can be used to analyze root causes to manufacturing problems; it becomes a key tool to transform QC (quality control) methodology!
